Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Raffair account and the personal data we hold about you, including any data we received when you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Apple.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove Raffair's access and trigger deletion of the data we obtained from Facebook in two ways:

  1. 1In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Raffair, and choose Remove. Facebook will then notify us to delete the associated data automatically.
  2. 2Or email support@raffair.co.uk from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account and data.

Deleting your whole account

To delete your entire Raffair account (however you signed in), email support@raffair.co.uk from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify it's you before acting.

What happens, and what we keep

When we process a deletion request we unlink any connected social logins, end your active sessions, and remove your personal profile data within 30 days. Some records must be retained to meet legal, accounting, anti-fraud, and responsible-play obligations — for example records of completed transactions, payouts, identity checks, and self-exclusion requests. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used to contact you. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on retention and your rights.
